Ole! (Taco Meat)

Who doesn't love taco night?  I do, I do!  It's easy, cheap, and awesome. 

It was perfect for last night's dinner....especially since I already had the taco seasoning and the onion.  And the beef was on sale.  July is always my most expensive month. 


So here's how I do taco meat.  And I'll stop saying "taco meat" now because the more I type it the more funky it starts to sound.

Taco Meat

1 lb ground beef, 94/6
1/2 of an onion, chopped
1 packet of taco seasoning

Cook beef and onions.  Once done, add 2/3 cup of water and the taco seasoning.  Simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

Serving size 1/2 cup (makes about 5 hefty servings)
