Homemade Egg McMuffin!

Let's talk about breakfast.  Like how sometimes for breakfast you have an English muffin with peanut butter.  And a sprite heavy.  And a bag of nacho cheese Doritos.  Because you are sick and your appetite grows exponentially.  I'm not one of those girls that gets sick or depressed or anxious and looses their desire to eat.  No.  I'm quite the opposite actually.  I get a little down or a little puny feeling and I'm eating down the house.

So let's say you aren't sick.  And you aren't having a strange desire to eat everything in sight.  But you want something a little special for breakfast.  How's about you make your own Egg McMuffin?  Yay-yah!  Do it.  It's good.   

1 whole wheat English muffin (3pp)
1 egg (2pp)
1 slice of 2% sliced cheese (1pp)
1 slice of Canadian bacon (1pp)

Split your English muffin.  Put the cheese on one side, the bacon on the other. Toast until everything is melty and toasty and ready. 

Meanwhile; cooking the egg up in a skillet...I "fried" mine in some cooking spray."

Layer everything up together and enjoy!
