The Ten Day Forecast and French Bread Pizza

We are officially at the check it on the 10 day forecast mark.  Meaning that I have an idea of what the weather will be the day of the weddin'. 

As long as there's not an ice storm, I'll be OK. 

This calls for a celebration.  Or the sharing of the recipe for french bread pizza.  Either one will do. 

Or maybe you could celebrate while eating your french bread pizza.  Whoa. 


Just be sure that you have a small measuring stick.  So that you can measure out your french bread for the perfect serving size.


Or you could just skip that part.  You're grown and I've got bigger fish to fry.  And I'm still waiting on fabric suggestions that wouldn't fight those counter tops.  


French Bread Pizza

3 (2.5 inch) pieces of french bread
1/2 cup of pizza sauce
1/2 cup of part skim mozzarella cheese
18 turkey pepperonis
diced onions
oregano
2 tbl of Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 400. 

Slice each piece of french bread in half; place it on a making sheet soft side up (you will now have six pieces).

Spread the pizza sauce evenly on each slice, top with cheese, three turkey ronis each, and diced onions.  Sprinkle some oregano on top. 

Bake for 15 minutes.  Remove and immediately top with Parmesan cheese. 

Serving size 2 pieces (makes 3 servings)
