Ham Arms and the 100 Day Challenge

Guess what?

What?

Mine and Brandon's wedding is 100 days away. 

Whoa. 

I guess I should buckle down and get to checking some things off of some lists....

One area that needs addressing is the toning of the arms. 

At Peggy's request, I did try on a few long sleeve dresses while wedding dress shopping.  And Peggy will agree, I did not look like Kate Middleton. Sooooo my arms will be exposed in all their glory during the nuptuals. 

I'm fine with my size, I'm fine with my weight.  I do some sort of physical exercise pretty much every day so I'm a pretty fit gal. 

But those arms. 

There's a picture that was taken of me on the day that I got my wedding dress; Frenchie (have I told you about Frenchie yet?) had me stand on the big wooden stair case to get a better idea of what the dress looks like.  One particular angle made my arm look like a big 'ole honey ham attached to my shoulder, resting gently against my side.  

Oh, my.  We must do something about this.  

I'd hate for Mr. Will Jacks to have to spend all of December trying to photo shop my arms....

My old exercise routine used to be doing the Wii Active 30 Day Challenge Routines, usually five times a week.  This exercise program worked great, i felt toned and all that jazz.  I mean i didn't have a six pack but things were pretty high and tight, if you know what I mean. Problem is I just got a little burned out on it.  I also have done Jillian, one that lots of people swear by.  I like it, it works, but it sure does aggrivate my trick knee

So what to do?  I can go to the local yoga class...absolutely.  That will work.  So will the pilates DVD that Lindsey let me borrow.  But what else?

I think I'll get it.  Maybe you should, too.  Not because you have ham arms, but because I think for things to be a group effort.

A Shout Out to My Salad Spinner

During a move, one often re-finds treasures that they had forgotten about. 

For example...my salad spinner. 

Dude. Salad spinners are awesome.  But you know what's more awesome?  This music video for Dead or Alive's You Spin Me Round. It's everything that is amazing about the 1980s. 


But I digress.  Back to salad spinners.  Most days at work I run down to the cafeteria at the hospital in hopes of getting myself a side salad.  Regardless of what I eat for lunch, I usually like to pair it with a salad and some fat free Italian dressing.  This way, I know I'm getting a veggie.  Ok so yeah it's a bowl of almost white lettuce but you get what I'm saying.  

So sometimes I get a salad, and sometimes they're all gone when I get there.  

Why don't I just make my own salad you may be wondering?  Because washing and drying lettuce is for the birds.  

Unless....

There's a salad spinner situation.  

Then you can make your own salad exactly how you like it.  My Tuesday salad was lettuce (0), 1 tbl fat free Italian dressing (0), onions and tomatoes (both 0) and 1 tbl of Parmesan cheese (1).  Done and done.

Eat Your Heart Out, Crystal Grill

I will get buck over a hot ham and cheese.

Srsly.

Unfortunately, a restaurant style ham and cheese will cost you about 9 points plus.  In reality, it's probably more than that.  Especially one from the Crystal Grill.  they don't play when it comes to mayonnaise. 

Well.  In my attempt to get back on the WW track hard and heavy, I decided to do a hot ham and cheese of my own last night.  Aside from burning the bread...it was pretty dang good.


It breaks down like this:

two slices of light wheat bread (2 pp)
two slices of deli ham (1 pp)
one slice of Kraft 2% American cheese (1pp)
1 tsp of reduced fat mayonnaise (0 pp)
sliced tomatoes (0 pp)
lettuce (0 pp)

Which brings us to a grand total of 4 pp for the whole deal.  Be sure to toast that bread and get the ham and cheese all warm and melty. 

Heck yeah!

Waffles

I may or may not need to lock myself in my house and eat nothing but salads for the next 8 days. 

But that's probably not going to happen.  I have, however, made my grocery list for this week so that's a step in the right direction.

Another step in the right direction is a Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Blueberry Waffle


I've been enjoying this quick and easy breakfast for the past few mornings...two waffles are 5 points plus. If I were you, I'd pair this with some fruit for some extra umph.  But I'm not you so you can do what ever you want.  Of course, one must have fruit in their kitchen in order to have fruit with their waffles.  I don't have any fruit in my kitchen BUT it is on my grocery list.  So there.

A Few on Friday

Hey ya'll!  Anyone out there?  It's been a busy week for this chick-a-dee.  Sure glad it's Friday, though, because this weekend is chock full of super exciting-ness.  Having a lingerie shower tonight for good buddy Kristen, Brandon and I are getting our bar stocked tomorrow night (I'm raising the roof as I type this), and there's Sip 'n See for Baby Kittrell on Sunday.  Between all this and the big move, excitingness abounds. And maybe my neck hurts a little.    

What's not exciting, though, is my new hoot owl friend.  He (or she) likes to start a hootin' early EARLY in the morning time.  I'm trying to name him (or her) so that I'll be cursing at something specific instead of just cursing in general.  Your suggestions are encouraged and appreciated.  

In my mind, my hoot owl has a mean eyes just like this guy....

What else?  Oh this was strange...I had a dream that Emma Stone DEMANDED to come to mine and Brandon's wedding.  I wonder what that's all about?  Your opinions on that are also appreciated and encouraged.

Turns out I've forgotten that I'm a point counter.  At least I tracked my shrimp lo mien last night...that was an eye opener. 

But I'll get back on track, I always do.  And when I decide to get back on track there will be lots of yummy recipes waiting on me.  Like this one...


This is Crock Pot Pasta Fagioli.  Interesting fact...it's been one of my most "repinned" things on Pinterest. That has, along with this and this. All of this is very strange to me.  And probably very strange to you if you have no idea what I'm talking about.  Which is probably most of you.  I once had someone come up to me and say "yeah, I um, read your blog?  And I had no idea what you were talking about..." Whoops.

I'll leave you with this website crack that I stumbled upon.  I strive to be organized, am borderline obsessed with it even.  At the end of the day, though, my strange mixture of possible adult ADD and probable obsessive tendencies make this a tough feat to master.  One day.

Whoops

Sometimes you pack all of your bowls except for two of them.  And sometimes both of those bowls end up in the dishwasher at the same time. 

This means that you have to eat your cereal out of a red solo cup....


That's one serving of frosted mini wheats (21 biscuits) and 1/2 cup of 2% milk for a total of 7 points. 

Holler.

Heavenly Boxes (Mexican Pork Tenderloin)

I spent a better part of yesterday dealing with this hot mess, train wreck box situation. 

Who knew one could have so much stuff in such a small space?  I've been throwing things away like a mad woman.  Pretty sure I've thrown away some pretty important stuff but like I said, I'm a mad woman.


On a brighter note, the boxes in this picture almost look heavenly, with the light shining all around them.  It's almost like they were taunting me saying "look how pretty we are!   Do not be overwhelmed by us!"  But then in reality they are heavy and unorganized and going to a house that doesn't yet have air conditioning.  Ughhhhh. But i will have a positive attitude and I will prevail. 

They are full of all of my things, including my pots and pans and baking dishes. This means that there's going to be minimal no cooking going down this week. I am, however, going to work to stick to the points counting even though there will be a lot of random food being eaten.  Anyone have any fast food / restaurant suggestions that aren't to horrid on the points / diet?  Your suggestions, as always, are greatly appreciated.   

I'll leave you with one final recipe.  It's one that was shared by my sister and it's pretty awesome.  But let's be honest, if you put "crock pot" and "taco seasoning" anywhere in the same recipe, I'm sold on the spot.

Mexican Pork Tenderloin

1.91 lb lean pork tenderloin (that's just what size mine was and the size that these point calculations are based on)
1 large jar of salsa
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can of black beans (do not drain)

Place the pork tenderloin in the crock pot, cover it with taco seasoning.  Add the salsa and the black beans.  Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. 

Once cooking is completed, shred it with two forks. 

Serving size 1/3 cup (makes about 15 servings)
Points plus 3

I wrapped this up in a 2 point plus tortilla and topped it with some reduced fat cheese.  Go on with your bad self, awesome pork taco!  It would also go well over rice or as a sandwich.

A Rap About Whales

Once upon a time, my mom was a substitute teacher. 

She often shared with us her stories from the battle lines, one stands out to me and has been ringing through my ears all week.

I'm sewing some cuffed pants for a friend of mine; one of the fabrics has little whales all over it. This doesn't have much to do with anything other than staring at this fabric is what triggered this particular memory.   


On one particular subsitute teaching day, Pegs found herself listening to reports given by the students.  Lucky for her, one of the kids had decided to give his report on whales.  And he didn't just speak his report, oh hell no.  He rapped it. 

Went a little something like this..

"Whales are big, uh huh, I said whales are big uh huh. Say what say what?  Whales are big uh huh, whales are big uh huh!"

Good stuff, that whale report. 

I'm bettin' that kid went places...

Pasta with Olive Oil and Parm

It's been a busy week.  And it's going to be a busy next week.  You see, I'm moving soon.  Just accross the neighorhood, but a move is a move.  

And a move stinks.  Well...let me rephrase.  Packing things and physically moving things stinks. The rest of it is pretty cool.   

One of the things I've been trying to do over the last few weeks is eat down the house.  This means buying minimal food and trying to eat what I already have. It's actually worked out ok thus far but there have been some scary moments.   

My plan for Tuesday night's dinner was some whole wheat pasta and jarred sauce.  This plan was thwarted when I opened the jar and found that there was a small ring of what appeared to be hair at the opening of the jar.  

Hope you're not eating right now.  If so, sorry.  

Sooooo I switched gears, thought fast, and came up with this little dish.   

No, it's not just pasta.  There's some cheese and some olive oil in there.

I give it two thumbs up.  Next time, I would reduce the amount of oil down by half but it was good none the less.  

Pasta with Olive Oil and Parm

3/4 cup of whole wheat pasta
salt and pepper
1 tbl olive oil
1 tbl Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta.  Drain, put it in a bowl.  Add the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.  Combine.  Enjoy. 

Makes one serving
Points plus 12

Taco Rice

Hold onto your hats, people, it's Knorr's Taco Rice...

I know, I know.  You're really excited about taco rice.  I was.  I love a side from a bag.  Does that make me a bad person?  I hope not. 

I made tacos on Monday night.  They were great.  But you know how to make tacos. 

What you may not have known, however, is that Knorr's taco rice is a good option for a side.  With a taco, with a sandwich, with anything you like. 


Doesn't that look yum?  It was. 

I took the points plus value from the WW website, which listed 3 pp for 1/2 cup, 7 pp for the whole cup.

Breakfast Burrito

If I had a dollar for every time I thought about burritos...I'd be a wealthy woman.  For reals, guys.

Additionally, if I had a dollar for every time I've eaten a peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast, I'd also be a wealthy woman.  Not as wealthy as if i were paid for the burritos but you know, it wouldn't be bad. 

My breakfast rut is one of the reasons that i get so excited about a festive breakfast.  I know I've posted several breakfast burrito recipes but here's another one for you enjoyment.  And after checking my records, this is pretty much just like one I've posted before.  So those of you that are watching closely...here's basically a repeat.   


Breakfast Burrito

1 low carb tortilla
1 egg (either fried or scrambled)
2 tbl reduced fat shredded cheese
2 tbl of salsa

Layer all of the ingredients together and enjoy.

Serving size 1 burrito
Points plus 6

Crazy Town Feta

This one is not a Weight Watchers recipe.  It's just a dip that was made to take to the Baby Girl A's second birthday bonanza bash.  Jennifer asked if I could make the "adult dip", which is not a dip that contains tequila, but instead a dip for more mature palates.  Best. Run-on. Ever.

And in this case, palates that like straight feta.  

I've been seeing this recipe all over the Pinterest boards and I have anxiously looking for the perfect occasion to give it a try.  

It's a keeper in my book.  However, it's not for the faint of heart.  Between the feta and the jalapenos and the roasted garlic, it's got a lot going on.  But it's a lot of good stuff... 


Crazy Feta Dip
from How Sweet It Is

1 bulb of garlic
3 jalapenos
1/4 cup + 1 tbl olive oil
zest of 1/2 a lemon
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 bricks (16 oz) of feta cheese
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Cut the top off of the bulb of garlic, drizzle 1 tbl of olive oil over it, wrap it in foil and roast it in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes.  Brush the jalapenos with some olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and stick them in the oven with the garlic.  Roast the peppers until starting to char on the outside...just watch them.   Remove both from the oven, let them cool.  Remove the skin from the jalapenos, remove the seeds, chop them up small. 

Meanwhile, crumble the feta in a bowl.  Squeeze the garlic out of the bulb into the bowl.  Add the jalapenos, the lemon zest, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of olive oil.  Stir everything up...the consistency will be somewhere between a spread and a dip.  Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with pita chips at room temp.  Or hell, just eat it with a fork out of the bowl.

A Few on Friday

Hey peeps!  Happy Friday!  This is the first Friday I've actually been at work in quite some time, it's quite the adjustment. 

Look at this darling-ness.  Chickey surprised me with it last weekend while we were in anthropologie. Well what really happened was that she walked up, grinning, and handed me a bag in the middle of the store.  I got all awkward and refused to touch / look at the bag out of fear that it was a Smirnoff Ice  and I was about to get iced again. Turns out it wasn't a Smirnoff Ice but a lovely coffee mug with an "m" for my soon to be last name. 

Love a coffee mug.  And love sharp in the front, blurry in the back.  And business in the front, party in the back.  Which is also known as a mullet.


Coffee mugs make me think of fall.  I'm not sure why, but they do.  Or maybe I'm thinking of fall because a co-worker and I are discussing fall and how ready we are for it. 

More specifically, ready to wrap up in some cardigans and wear some boots.

Baby Girl A Turns Two!

I can't imagine what it's going to be like when I have my own kids.   I love these girls more than cheese grits.

Happy Birthday to you, sweet baby girl A!  Two years have flown by quite quickly.  You are awesome and precious and sweet and I hope you have the best day EVER!  To bad you can't read blogs yet....

Rainy Morning (Balsamic Garlic Pork Tenderloin)

On an average morning, I'm usually lacing up my tennies and hitting the pavement for a morning walk.  However, the severe storm going on outside my window is preventing that.  So instead of walking, I'll blog about pork tenderloin. 

Any regular reader knows that I'm a fan of the PT.  It doesn't freak me out as much as chicken and it's a step up from ground beef.  It's also a favorite of the future mister so really, every one wins. 

If you follow the Pinterest you've probably seen this one floating around. And no wonder, it was quite delish. 

Unfortunately, I didn't quite get the cooking time right so I had to banish it back to the oven for a bit.  Thank goodness for bananas.  I was starving.... 


When it was finally done, it was paired with some greens and placed on a Christmas plate.  Sometimes, that's how supper goes down around here....


Balsamic Garlic Pork Tenderloin

3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbl olive oil
24 oz lean pork tenderloin
1 tbl canola oil

Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. 

Combine the garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Pour this mixture over the pork tenderloin, rub it in real good. 

Heat 1 tbl of canola oil over medium high heat in a heavy pan.  Brown the tenderloin on all sides, about four minutes.  Transfer the pork to a baking dish.  Pour the juices in the dish first.  

Cook, rotating occasionally, until the internal temp reaches 160...mine took about 40 minutes.  If you have one of those pans that can go from stove top to oven, use that.  I don't so I didn't.  

Serving size 1/4 of tenderloin
Points plus 7

Kind of Armenian Rice and My Triumphant Return to Blogging

I knew I couldn't stay away.  I was just tired when I said I was going to take a recipe trying break.  Kind of the story of my life.  I get tired, claim I'm going to retreat, get bored retreating, and go back to doing whatever it was I was doing.  It will happen 756 more times during the life of this blog so just get used to it.    

So today's meal is one that I lifted from the always delightful Literally a Spoonful blog.  That one never disappoints, guys.  Go on over there if you haven't already and check it out.  My favorite thing about this meal?  All I had to pick up for it was the onion, the bell pepper, and the chicken broth.  And it's basically pasta, rice, butter and onions. Love it!  I aint afraid of no carb.  Even though I don't really know what one is...


Kind of Armenian Rice
adapted from Literally a Spoonful

3 tbl butter
2 cups of fat free chicken broth
4 oz of broken up angel hair pasta
1/2 cup of brown rice (uncooked)
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped 

Preheat oven to 350.  Place a small(ish) baking dish in the oven with the butter in it and allow the butter to melt. Remove from the oven. 

Add the chicken broth, stir.  Add the rest of the ingredients.  Stir, making sure that the pasta and the rice are smushed down under the liquid.  

Bake for about 40 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. 

Serving size 1 cup (makes about 4 servings)
Points plus 8****

The points are less if you use wheat pasta...you can have one cup for seven points plus.  Howeva...I  had angel hair so that's what I went with!

Since late yesterday afternoon, I've been a bit whiny.  Whiny because I'm tired, it's hot, and I haven't had enough "me" time lately.  Now granted...I've been gone the last two weekends because (a) I was on my bachelorette party with some of the greatest and kindest and fun people on the planet and (b) I was in Nasvhille with my two sisters, mom, and Keith Urban.  Well I wasn't exactly with him, but I did watch him live and in concert.  Which was great, by the way. 

Ok so yeah, self centered-ness is one of my demons.  As is, according to my sister, laziness.  This statement was made because I didn't drive any in Nashville.  Trust me Chickey, no one wants this girl driving on I 40.  And if I would have driven...who would you have messed with while sitting in the back seat?  Sisters.  Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. 

Back to my point.  So I had my lip poked out because I was tired and was wishing this week away so that it could hurry up and be the weekend so that I could get some much needed, much deserved rest. 

Enter life being cool.  This was written on the white board in the group room when I got to work this morning.


Bam.  In your face, Laura Merrill. 

Freddie, a co-worker and an all around wise man, wrote this for the group members to think on and talk about.  I'm thankful that he did. 

I love moments that remind me to live my life while I can. Life is short and we never know what's coming next.  So there you go. 

However, an introvert is an introvert regardless of whether  they are embracing life or not...so I plan to chill out and recharge in the coming weeks.  I'm looking forward to the upcoming months; lots of changes and new things that will be an exciting mixture of fun and terrifying.  I plan to face them head on.  And do what I can, while I can, because I can. 

So what does this have to do to with you?  Well I'm probably going to chill out on the new recipe posting for a little bit. Stop crying. We'll see how it goes.  Chances are I'll get a good nights rest tonight and change my mind but at this point...I can't say for sure. 

I feel like we're all friends here and didn't just want to check out without any explanation.  I thought that might be rude.  See....not that self centered, eh?

The picture is a bit blurry, but yes that's an Ole Miss nightgown.  The poor child is going to be so confused, living in Starkville with her slightly fanatical-about-Ole-Miss father.  

Bless her.  

And bless Frye.  I've never owned a pair but maybe, just maybe, this is my season.  Wait, what?  I'm getting married?  Which means no Frye boots for me?  Weddings off!  Just kidding.  It's not.  But I do want these boots.  Maybe I'll register for them!

Long Hot Summer

Toddlers and Tiaras and Maple Salmon

Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, but I've got Toddlers and Tiaras on in the back ground.  It's quite distracting; some of these folks appear to be insane.  I shouldn't watch it, I know, but I just can't help it. 

Moving on.

I'm in the process of trying to eat down the house. 

Ok, back to Toddlers and Tiaras for just one second.  These parents are tossing chocolate chips across the floor into their child's mouth as a reward.  Really?  I'm so concerned. 

Ok back to eating down the house.  No, I'm not actually attempting to eat my house.  I'm working to eat the food in my house instead of buying new food.  Since I'm constantly trying out new recipes, I wind up with a lot of random food.  Well, it's partly because of the new recipes and partly because I get a little weird sometimes in the grocery store.  That's how I wound up with this...


That's wal-mart's answer to seafood. And it's been in my freezer for a long time.  Like a real long time.  

And there's a three year old getting spray tanned.  Because that's healthy, huh?  

Geeze, so distracting.  And I probably shouldn't talk about other people, I'm the one eating frozen salmon.

So tonight was the night to finally pull out said salmon and give it a try.  I found a recipe online, rejoiced when I saw that I had all of the ingredients on hand, reduced the serving size to one, calculated the points, cooked it up, and ate it up.  Pretty tasty!  Click here for the original recipe with the original measurements and all that jazz. 


Maple Salmon
adapted from AllRecipes

1 tbl maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 4 oz piece of salmon

Combine the syrup, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.  Place the salmon in a small dish, pour the sauce over it.  Cover it and stick it in the fridge for 15 minutes.  Turn the salmon and put it back in the fridge for another 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375.  Once the salmon is done marinating, place it in the oven for about 10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. 

Makes one serving

K Urb Challenge (Day ? As I've Forgotten What the Last Day Was)

Happy Wednesday folks! 

Before we get in to Keith Urban, I'd like to thank my friend Win for cluing me in on the fact that they corn i had on my carb-less salad was, in fact, a carb.  I told you I didn't know anything about carbohydrates.  That's why I'm a weight watcher and not a south beacher.

Moving on.  

I sure hope that Keith plays all toe tappin' songs this weekend.

Neon Taco Salad

I tried this thing Monday where I decided I wasn't going to eat any carbohydrates.  This worked well until I realized half way through the day that I had no idea what a carbohydrate was.  Like no idea.  I mean I get that it's bread, pasta, and french fries; what about hot dogs?  Peanut butter?  I have no idea. 

But before there was carb confusion, there were good thought processes.  It went something like this. 

Oooooooo I want tacos tonight!  But dang, I've given up carbs for two days since I ate something called "Mexican Garbage" over the weekend.  But wait!  What about taco bowls!  Or taco salads!  Oh the possibilities!  Score!

Yes, that's a day in the life of my head. 

So from this thought process was born dinner.  A taco salad using the taco meat featured in this post.  And not just any taco salad...it's a neon taco salad.  I feel like taking pictures in fake light is something that will never make sense to me.



Taco Salad

1/2 cup of taco meat
1 cup of lettuce
1/4 cup of chopped tomato
1/4 cup of corn
2 tbl shredded cheese (reduced fat)
1 tbl guacamole
1 tbl light sour cream
1 tbl salsa

Layer all ingredients together in a large bowl.  Sing lalalalalala bamba. 

Serving size whole salad
Points plus 7

I've Got Fans in Low Places

One of the reasons that I spend so little time spell checking this blog is that I figure not that many people, aside from my family and close friends, actually read it. 

Wehehehell.  Turns out I've got some fans from the great state of Louisiana!  Heck yeah!

Let's switch conversations for a minute and talk about the Florabama.  It's a magical place. Between the bushwackers, the braziers hung across the ceiling, and the insanely awesome burgers...I just might move in. Don't even get me started on the spontaneous conga lines. 

I was fortunate enough to spend a little time there over the weekend while at the beach last weekend and it did not disappoint.  The coolest thing, though, had to be meeting these two gals from Baton Rouge.

We got a nice visit in, or rather we all screeched about something or other while jumping up and down.  Please pardon the shiny faces and the fact that I look like a crazy person...it was the Florabama after all. 

I mean look at that...it looks like I'm a puma about to attack something.

Good times, good times. 

Yay for biscuits! And for meeting new friends!  And for the Florabama!

Ole! (Taco Meat)

Who doesn't love taco night?  I do, I do!  It's easy, cheap, and awesome. 

It was perfect for last night's dinner....especially since I already had the taco seasoning and the onion.  And the beef was on sale.  July is always my most expensive month. 

Bam. 

So here's how I do taco meat.  And I'll stop saying "taco meat" now because the more I type it the more funky it starts to sound.



Taco Meat

1 lb ground beef, 94/6
1/2 of an onion, chopped
1 packet of taco seasoning

Cook beef and onions.  Once done, add 2/3 cup of water and the taco seasoning.  Simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

Serving size 1/2 cup (makes about 5 hefty servings)
Points plus 3

K. Urb Challenge Day 4

It's the week of the concert and I'm kind of falling down on my challenge. 

But while I may be falling down on my challenge...I'm realizing how much I really do like 'ole Keith.  This one's a toe tapper.

Oh, Monday

Hey ya'll. 

I just got back from the beach. 

It was awesome.  Exactly what I needed. 

But I am tired.  And I ignored weight watchers.  I must get back on track. 

In an attempt to get back on track...here is an article about take to work snacks.  But that would require me to go to the grocery store, huh?  Ewwwww.  I don't wanna. 

But I do wanna listen to the Bangles.
