This pizza is stupid-good. Which means that it's really really good. It's also really really easy. And really really cheap. Good, easy, cheap is what I'm all about. It's like the holy trinity in cooking.
Or is that onion, bell pepper, and celery? I can never keep it straight. Nor is it really necessary to.
Regardless, this one is a keeper! My friend Ginny clued in on it and I'm oh so very glad that she did. Can't wait to make it again and do some experimenting with the ingredients.
Well. My brain is stuck on ham and pineapple so I guess I'll just stick with that for now.

One Dish Pizza
adapted from AllRecipes
1 3/4 cup flour
2 envelopes of rapid rise yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup of very warm water (120 - 130 degrees)
2 tbl olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
onion, sliced thin
17 slices of turkey peperoni
1 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
Spray a round dish (I used a cake pan) with cooking spray. Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water and olive oil into the pan. Press into the pan. Spread the sauce atop the crust. Place the pepperoni slices atop the sauce, pressing them into the crust a bit. Sprinkle the onions and cheese on top.
Place in a cold oven, set the temperature to 350. Cook for 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and divide into 4 equal slices.
Serving size 1/4 of pizza
