Crock Pot Salsa Verde Chicken

Coming in hot on this Wednesday to share with you one of the easiest chicken meals you've seen in a while. 

Really, I don't think you're ready for this jelly chicken. 

Sorry.  Sometimes Beyonce takes over and there's not a lot that I can do about it.

Crock Pot Salsa Verde Chicken

1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp oregano
16 oz roasted salsa verde

Lay the chicken breast in the bottom of a crock pot.  Sprinkle the seasonings atop the chicken and cover with the salsa.  

Cook on high for two hours.  Shred chicken and serve.
